Contents:
            A volume of documents and unsigned letters written from Halifax, perhaps by Governor Parr, or by his Secretary, to officials of the British government in London. The major portion of the correspondence deals with the settling of the Loyalists. One letter to Lord Dorchester in February 1789 concerns the amount of land to be allotted to the 84th regiment (Royal Highland Emigrants). The last page on the reel is a list of Supreme Court Petit Jurors for the Easter Term, 1797.
