St. George's Church was built in 1786. Holy Trinity Church, Port Greville, was built in 1870 as part of the Parish of Parrsboro, but separated from Parrsboro in 1897 to become a separate parish.

- The parish registers include: baptisms, 1787-1805, 1823-1947; marriages, 1787-1864, 1881; confirmations, 1852, 1862-1869, 1921-1931; burials, 1787-1805, 1823-1966. The reel contains various other records, including a sketch and photograph of St. George's Church, Partridge Island; Minutes of St. George's Guild, 1895-1905; and St. George's Parish Account Book, 1898-1915.Registers from other parishes on the same reel include: Christ Church, Black Rock; St. Mark's Church, Moose River; St. John's Church, Diligent River; and Holy Trinity, Port Greville.
