- Background:
Rawdon Parish (Anglican) was established in 1806, with Saint Paul's (opened 1795) as the parish church. St. Paul's Church was built in 1794 but was torn down and replaced in 1845.
- Contents:
The reel contains: baptisms, 1793, 1809-1879; marriages, 1814-1889; and burials, 1815-1890. Other communities included: Beaverbank, Douglas, Five Mile River, Gore, Hillsvale, Kennetcook, Lakelands, Maitland, Mosherville, Mount Uniacke, Newport, Nine Mile River, Noel, Pleasant Valley, Stanley, and Uniacke Gold Mines.

- The original records are held by St. Paul's Church and were microfilmed by the Nova Scotia Archives from 1961-1966. Records cannot be reproduced without written permission of the parish rector.
