Included are numerous memorials from government appointees, merchants, tradesmen, ship captains and private citizens; accounts of the Commissioners of Public Markets, Streets, etc.; drafts of bills; reports from committees; minutes of a Special Session of the Court of Quarter Sessions of the Peace; lists of persons committed; letters; and many petitions from groups and individuals.
