Minute Book of the Supreme Court of Judicature (12 pages) contains a brief record of the proceedings held at Fredericton, York County covering the sessions dated July 15-19, 1788, and July 19-23, 1791.
The chief justice during this time was George Duncan Ludlow. Aside from Ludlow, the first session shows Isaac Allen and James Putnam present as puisne justices. In 1791, John Saunders' name is included as one of the puisne justices.
