Contents:

Reel 1: The Address from Diverse Loyal Inhabitants of Charles Town, to Lord Rawdon, Commander of His Majesty's Forces in South Carolina and Colonel of the Volunteers of Ireland, congratulating him on his victory over General Greene at Camden, 16 August 1780, and at Hobkirk's Hill, 25 April 1781. A list of names is appended.

The second item on the reel is a record of the Proceedings of the Committee of Safety, meeting on several occasions during 1776 and 1777 at Brookhaven Manor. Lists of names are included in each record.
