The microfilm reel contains three separate lists of applications for land, with each list covering a specific period of time. Within each list, the applications are recorded chronologically, and give the date, the name of the applicant, and the location of the land in question. On the same reel, and interspersed among the lists of applications, are three unrelated records of land settlement. They are as follows: Register of Lots in the Town of Carleton with the Names of the Proprietors, their Numbers and several Dimensions; List of Lots on Kennebeckacis (Kennebecasis) Island with the Names of the Proprietors and the Numbers; and a List of Persons for whom Allotments have been made in 1785.
