Prior to 1841, the Minutes contain both the judicial and the administrative records of the District court. The appointment of constables; granting of tavern licences; and the payment of accounts are a few of the administrative functions that the Court performed. Included are annual aggregate census figures by township and statements of rateable property in the District. |
