Research publications has assembled and made available in microfilm the most important published colonial and state records of the original Thirteen Colonies, Maine and Vermont. The series is comprised of sixty-seven titles and includes the years from the earliest available records of each colony until approximately 1800.

The Colonial Records of Georgia have been microfilmed on thirteen reels and contain twenty-nine volumes of material.
CR 11. The Colonial Records of the State of Georgia, 1732-1782. 25 vols.
Volume 1 begins with a long preface which describes the difficulties encountered in compiling the records of the Colony. Included in the volume is a copy of the Charter of the Colony.
Volume 2, Minutes of the Common Council of the Trustees for Establishing the Colony of Georgia.
Volume 3, The General Account of all Monies and Effects Received and Expended by the Trustees for the Establishment of the Colony of Georgia; as well as An Account Showing the Progress of the Colony of Georgia (Georgia Colony, Trustees for establishment of the colony of Georgia) from its first establishment to about 1740.
Volume 4, Stephen's Journal, 1737 - 1740. It is followed in the same volume by a Supplement, The Journal of Colonel William Stephens. It contains all of his Journal not included in the earlier part of the volume. Each section has a preface and a subject/name index. Volume 4 also contains, A Journal of the Proceedings of Georgia, 5 October 1740 - 28 October 1741.
Volume 5, Journal of the Earl of Egmont, First President of the Board of Trustees, 14 June 1738 - 25 May 1744. There is a subject/name index to the 6th Year Transactions of the Trustees of Georgia, For the Year Ending 9 June 1738. This index is followed by a General Index to the volume.
Volume 6, Proceedings of the President and Assistants, 12 October 1741 - 30 October 1754. The volume is indexed by subject and personal name.
Volume 7 - Volume 12,inclusive, Proceedings and Minutes of the Governor and Council for the following dates: 30 October 1754 - 6 March 1759; 8 March 1759 - 31 December 1762; 4 January 1763 - 2 December 1766; 6 January 1767 - 5 December 1769; 3 April 1770 - 13 July 1771; 6 August 1771 - 13 February 1782. Each volume has a subject/name index.
Volume 13 - Volume 15 inclusive, Journal of the Commons House of Assembly for the following dates: 7 January 1755 - 16 December 1762; 17 January 1763 - 24 December 1768; 30 October 1769 - 16 June 1782. Each volume has a subject/name index.
Volume 16, Journal of the Upper House of Assembly, 7 January 1755 - 16 December 1762. Includes a copy of the Journal of the Council of Assembly of His Majesty's Province of Georgia, 7 January 1755 - 21 February 1755. The volume is indexed.
Volume 17, Journal of the Upper House of Assembly, 17 January 1763 - 12 March 1774. Includes a subject/name index.
Volume 18, Statutes Enacted by the Royal Legislature of Georgia from Its First Session in 1754 to 1768. There is a preface at the beginning of the volume and an index at the end.
Volume 19, Part 1. Statutes, Colonial and Revolutionary, 1768 - 1773.
Volume 19, Part 2, 1774 -1805. Each part contains a subject/name index.
Volume 20 was not published.
Volume 21 - Volume 26 inclusive, Original Papers, Correspondence, Trustees, General Oglethorpe and Others, for the following dates: 1735-1737; 1737-1739 (Part 1); 1737-1740 (Part2); 1741-1742; 1742-1745; 1745-1750; 1750-1752. There is a long preface at the beginning of Volume 21, and each volume is followed by a subject/name index.
CR 12. The Revolutionary Records of the State of Georgia, 1769-1785.
Volume 1, includes the following sections: Introductory Remarks; Miscellaneous Papers; Council of Safety; Provincial Congress; Constitution of 1777; Confiscation and Banishment; Sales of Confiscated Estates. There are lists of Loyalists who were banished from Georgia, and records of the sale of Loyalist property. A subject/name index is located at the end of the volume.
Volume 2, Minutes of the Executive Council, 14 January 1778 - 6 January 1785, and Journal of the Land Court, 6 April 1784 - 26 May 1784. There is an index to the Journal of the Land Court and this is followed by an index to the volume.
Volume 3, Journal of the House of Assembly, 17 August 1781 - 26 February 1784, and Acts Passed by the General Assembly of the Colony of Georgia, 1755-1774. The Journal and the Acts are each preceded by an prefatory note and followed by a subject/name index.
