Background:
            By the year 1798 there were churches in both Greenwich and Westfield. St. Paul's Church, Oak Point, dates from 1840. St. James's Church, Browns Flat, was dedicated in 1888.

            The reel contains: baptisms, 1801-1953; marriages, 1801-1803, 1822-1949; burials, 1822-1953; as well as vestry minutes, 1797-1853.

The following New Brunswick churches are included: St. James's Church, Browns Flat; St. Paul's Church, Oak Point; St. Peter's Church, Public Landing; St. Luke's Church, Welsford; St. John's Church, Grand Bay; and St. James's Church, Westfield.
