            The Collection includes the following sources, arranged as follows on the roll:
 Reel 1:   Anthony family, genealogical chart, 1804-1871; Boundary Dispute Documents, 1796-1818, 1837-1840, including Ward Chipman and Sir John Harvey, correspondence;  Margaret A. Clopper, diary and account book, 1790-1795;  Reverend Samuel Cooke, papers, 1748-1792; Colonel Abraham Depeyster, accounts, 1794-1805;  election papers, 1785-1786;  James Hendricks, correspondence, 1808-1827, deeds, 1787-1895, miscellaneous papers, 1784-1885, and court records;  Loyalist Officer Lists, Provincial Forces, c.1782;  McLean and Bogle, legal papers, 1886; Thomas Menzies, appointment as Justice of the Peace for the County of St. John, 1786;  Mylne family, marriage licence, 1800;  and William Francis Ganong Collection: Pennfield Quakers Record Book, 1782-1826, 1833-1834, which also includes Pennfield biographies of the original grantees.

Pennfield Quakers Record Book continued from reel 1 (See Electronic Finding Aid section for details);  Post Office Record Book, Inter-office Postal Records, Saint John to Halifax, 1787;  Sheffield Town Record Book, 1767-1835, includes the Burpee family history;  Wetmore family, records, 1811-1887;  Thomas Wyler, accounts, 1836-1848; Yeamans (Youmans) family, documents 1779, 1828, and 1860.             

            There is a partial Table of Contents before every collection of documents on the film. This Table of Contents provides a brief one-line description of content and notes any associated persons or dates. The complete Table of Contents is available in print in the Loyalist Collection Inventory (red) binders. There is no complete Table of Contents at the beginning of the reels. Each collection is preceded by the corresponding page from the Table of Contents, acting to identify and divide each collection.
