            The reel contains reports from the Parish Commissioners of Highways to the Court of General Sessions of the Peace giving details of road construction within each parish.  The reports give precise information about the route the road will take, including the names of property owners, if any, along its course.  Other information includes:  the length and width of the road, the date and place the report was filed, and the signatures of all the commissioners, the great majority of whom are Loyalists.
